I am on one of those people that does a lot of research before purchasing items, and rely heavily on customer reviews. Due to the decline in quality sports bras and to be honest, most consumer products in the past few years, I think I need to do my part and start writing my opinions, to help other fellow shoppers. As a disclaimer, I purchased this item full price with my own money, I was not paid to try this product.I am in the gym pretty much every day, and I like my girls strapped in as tight as I can get them whenever I am doing my workouts, whether it be crossfit, kickboxing, bootcamp, or weight lifting. I want to be focusing on my workouts, and not having to yank my sports bra down or worrying about lose straps or chaffing, or the bra stretching out or my girls moving around, which gets painful especially with all of the jumping crossfit/boot camp exercises. I used to wear these sports bras made out of what seemed to be wet-suit material, but those seemed to have vanished. I preferred racer-back, so I don't have to worry about straps falling down, but they are hard to get into/out of, and I am short, and adjustable strap racer-backs are almost impossible to find...hence years of wasted money on the search for "the one".With all of that said….This sports bra is amazing. I am 5' 2”, 140 lbs and a 34D, and I purposely ordered a 34B, for compression, and to make sure if it stretches out in any way that it is okay. I am perfectly fine with uniboob, it is a sports bra, not a bra, so I expect less aesthetics. The bra is fully adjustable like a bra, with 3 loops at the middle back and band, so loosening it up now and tightening it later can be done, if need be. The sides also have mesh, so it seems to give enough to be comfortable. The straps are adjustable as well, so it helps us short and taller people to get a better fit. I wanted to make sure that when I have the bra on that I am fully supported, and I can breathe. This does everything I need it to do. It does have some padding in it, so no nipples showing when you are working out, but not so much padding like the VS versions where you are weighed down by 10 lbs of sweat because the padding was helpful enough to absorb it all, and I sweat bucket-fulls at the drop of a hat, so this is a no go for me.I have only worn it twice so we will see how it holds up with being washed and worn over time, but as someone that wears sports bras so often, you can start to tell where there are shortfalls to an item, even if you want to love it, within the first few uses. So far my only complaint/comment is that the straps should be able to adjust smaller. The padding goes so far back that the adjustments are a little limited for the short folk. For me the straps are just tight enough that they don’t fall down, but not enough that I get the full support I need, which for me is only about another ¼- ½ inch. This however, is an easy fix, so as long as the bra itself does its job, I am okay with shortening my straps a little. If it can hold up in the next couple of weeks, then I will buy every color they have and replace my entire wardrobe with these.
